When joining Firefly, you will start a 6-month structured training plan highly focused around your individual development. We ensure you have all the necessary tools and foundation of knowledge to jump into the world of recruitment as soon as possible!


But it doesn’t stop there. In line with your career path, you will be developed further with quarterly personal development plans, daily ‘on the job’ guidance, weekly workshops and 1-2-1 support. This is to ensure you have the opportunity to express yourself and unlock your full potential.


It’s not all work and no play.

We recognise that everyone needs to let their hair down! Firefly hold regular quarterly events including team building exercises and fun days out!


These have included the Queens Cup Polo at Guards, Henley Regatta, It’s a Knockout, Windsor Races, and boating trips!
